Guy is a veterinary surgeon with over a decade of clinical experience and a strong foundation in biomedical science, backed by three years of research expertise. Alongside his medical background, he holds an MBA, equipping him with the commercial and strategic skills to innovate in the pet industry.
As co-founder of Omni, Guy combines scientific insight with entrepreneurial drive to create allergy-friendly, evidence-based nutrition that supports happy, healthy dogs.
SOPHIE KAY

Sophie is a veterinary surgeon with over 15 years of diverse experience across clinical practice, leadership, and digital innovation. After qualifying in 2009, she worked in mixed and exotic animal practice, volunteered internationally, and held senior roles in both private and charity sectors, including leading a 50-strong hospital team at PDSA. She has a certificate in General Small Animal Practice and completed a veterinary leadership program at Cornell. Alongside her clinical career, she developed a passion for client education and communication, which led her to Omni, where she looks forward to meeting you and your pets.
Nico Joiner
Canine Behaviourist
Nico Joiner is a canine behaviour and welfare specialist with more than 18 years of experience in training, rehabilitation, and rehoming.
Before joining Omni, Nico built his career at Dogs Trust, the UKās largest dog welfare charity, where he played a leading role in developing its national rehabilitation and behaviour programmes.

Grant brings over seven years of clinical veterinary experience and five years in the pet industry, combining medical expertise with commercial insight. With a background as a clinical advisor, product developer, and Founderās Associate, he bridges veterinary science and business innovation.

I love giving my pooch these recipes. She seems to like the flavour although I do add a little water to soften the mixture as it suits her best this way. Her tummy is also looked after by feeding these preparations.

Having tried my dog on several different types of food I am delighted to of found OMNI. It really suits my large mixed breed dog, he has a very sensitive tummy and this has really helped him. He is eating well and his tummy has settled down. He is definitely thriving and maintaining a healthy weight. Highly recommend OMNI. Have told friends and neighbours and several of them have now swapped to OMNI.
