We deliver Omni products across the UK and most of the EU.
Delivery Rates
- Standard Delivery: 24–48 hours
- Free Shipping: Available on orders over £39
- Orders under £39: A delivery charge of £4.99 will apply at checkout and to recurring orders
We aim to dispatch orders Monday to Friday using a 24–48 hour service (excluding Highland postcodes and Northern Ireland). Orders placed over the weekend or on Bank Holidays will be shipped on the next working day.
Please note: During peak times or adverse weather conditions, delivery may take slightly longer. We recommend allowing 2–3 days from dispatch for your order to arrive. Customers in the Scottish Highlands, Islands, and other remote areas may also experience extended delivery times.
Subscription Orders
You’ll receive an email reminder notification 3 days before your next scheduled subscription delivery.
If you need to skip, pause, or change your subscription, you can do so via your account dashboard or by contacting our Customer Excellence Team.
Please note: Once a subscription order has been processed, we’re unable to make changes, and it will be shipped as scheduled.
Returns
To maintain the highest safety and quality standards, we do not resell returned goods. As such, we do not accept product returns.

If a refund isn’t possible and your dog doesn’t enjoy their first order of Omni, we encourage you to donate any remaining product to a local animal shelter rather than disposing of it.

Cancellations
To cancel a flexible subscription plan or a order, please contact our Customer Excellence Team at least 24 hours before the scheduled shipping date.
Please note: Once an order has been processed, locked for dispatch, or marked as shipped, we’re unfortunately unable to cancel or issue a refund.
