Sophie is a veterinary surgeon with over 15 years of diverse experience across clinical practice, leadership, and digital innovation. After qualifying in 2009, she worked in mixed and exotic animal practice, volunteered internationally, and held senior roles in both private and charity sectors, including leading a 50-strong hospital team at PDSA. She has a certificate in General Small Animal Practice and completed a veterinary leadership program at Cornell. Alongside her clinical career, she developed a passion for client education and communication, which led her to Omni, where she looks forward to meeting you and your pets.
Nico Joiner

Nico Joiner is a canine behaviour and welfare specialist with more than 18 years of experience in training, rehabilitation, and rehoming.
Before joining Omni, Nico built his career at Dogs Trust, the UK’s largest dog welfare charity, where he played a leading role in developing its national rehabilitation and behaviour programmes.

I’ve had Penny my adorable German wired haired pointer for 4 and a half years now and it’s not been easy! She is allergic to cut grass! This obviously isn’t as bad in the winter but come the spring months when the farmers cut the fields to make hay and we all start to cut our gardens Pennys skin went into overdrive and would become red raw, we always ended up at the vets every year paying between £150 and £500 a summer depending on how bad she reacted, being a pointer meant we couldn’t just not walk her in the fields as she needs to sniff out the rabbits and mice and what ever else she can sniff out so her Labrador sister can then play with them! I came across Omni while flicking through instagram and the reviews seemed really good, a little to good at first but thought I would give it a try, with the first 2 weeks Pennys tummy had gone from bright raw pink to a lovely deep pink and no licking off Penny at all!
Within a month we had our follow up at the vets to usually get the next round of steroids and she was amazed! She went and got some of the nurses who had also seen Penny previously and they to were stunned! I explained that I had been giving her 1 chunk a day and stopped the steroids completely.
Now we are in our 4th month and Penny has just gone through her first complete summer walking through the fields, playing in the garden with absolutely no spots or sore tummy or itching and licking at all. I honestly cannot recommend this product more that I am doing and…

We have been using this product for almost a month now and our dog finds the chews tasty. Observations so far, suggest that perhaps he is scratching a bit less often, although we think he may be pooing more frequently too, something that isn’t always convenient.
We will give some thought about whether or not we purchase another tub.

It can take around 3–6 months of continued use to see the full benefits, although some dogs do show improvements sooner.

Minnie hasn't been taking these long so i have not seen any improvement going to keep going and see what happens
