      Frequently Asked Questions

Every dog is different, but many owners notice a difference within 4 to 6 weeks of feeding Omni Joints every day. Joint support is a long game, so keep it in the bowl day in, day out.

Take it slowly. Mix a little Omni Joints into your dog's current food and increase it gradually over 7 to 10 days until it's all Omni. If their tummy seems unsettled, slow down and give them a few extra days at each step.

Omni Joints is made for adult dogs aged 1 year and over, so it's not suitable for puppies, who need a food made for growth. Larger breeds can keep growing until around 2 years, so check with your vet before switching. Older dogs can enjoy it too, and the lower fat recipe makes it easier to keep portions in check as they slow down.

Yes. Omni Joints is complete, so it doesn't need anything added, but a spoonful of wet food or a topper is fine. Just reduce the dry portion so you're not overfeeding, and keep treats and extras to around 10% of daily calories. If your dog is sensitive to chicken or beef, check the label on toppers too.

It depends on your dog's size and activity. As a guide, for a 10kg dog a 2kg bag lasts around 11 days and a 10kg bag around 8 weeks. For a 20kg dog, it's about a week and around 5 weeks. Subscribe and we'll deliver on your schedule, so you never run out.

Not at all. Omni Joints is suitable for adult dogs of any age from 1 year. It's a great fit for active dogs, dogs prone to joint stiffness, and dogs who could do with keeping their weight in check.

It shouldn't. Omni Joints has a similar calorie content to our other recipes, so portions look much the same. Feed to the guide, and if your dog seems hungry or their weight changes, adjust a little or ask our vet team.

Yes, it's suitable for adult dogs of all breeds once they're fully grown. Very active and working dogs may need more, so feed towards the top of the guide and keep an eye on their body condition.
