Sophie is a veterinary surgeon with over 15 years of diverse experience across clinical practice, leadership, and digital innovation. After qualifying in 2009, she worked in mixed and exotic animal practice, volunteered internationally, and held senior roles in both private and charity sectors, including leading a 50-strong hospital team at PDSA. She has a certificate in General Small Animal Practice and completed a veterinary leadership program at Cornell. Alongside her clinical career, she developed a passion for client education and communication, which led her to Omni, where she looks forward to meeting you and your pets.
Nico Joiner
Canine Behaviourist
Nico Joiner is a canine behaviour and welfare specialist with more than 18 years of experience in training, rehabilitation, and rehoming.
Before joining Omni, Nico built his career at Dogs Trust, the UK’s largest dog welfare charity, where he played a leading role in developing its national rehabilitation and behaviour programmes.

Nala is a 10 year old Labrador. She has been on the joints and mobility supplements now for 6 months and she gets walked twice a day. She does not seem to be panting now when out for a walk. She definitely seems to have more mobility and is always keen to go on her walks.

P as trick is a different dog! Whether it’s the supplement or a change of diet I don’t know but I’m not changing anything! He wants to walk, he canters after other dogs and people, he plays every evening and he’s generally happier.

A good product and Rosie has been on this supplement for a bout 6/8 months I really noticed a difference at the beginning but it seems to be wearing off now.

These supplements are a good size and my dog seems to love the flavour. He has been on these for quite a long time. He had started to hop on one of his back legs sometimes when out walking. His vet said he thought it was the beginning of arthritis so I started him on Omni Joint and Mobility Chews. He gradually stopped hopping and hasn’t done it since. He is now 14. Of course, I can’t definitely say it was the chews that have improved his mobility but I believe it is so would recommend them to others.
