Guy is a veterinary surgeon with over a decade of clinical experience and a strong foundation in biomedical science, backed by three years of research expertise. Alongside his medical background, he holds an MBA, equipping him with the commercial and strategic skills to innovate in the pet industry.
As co-founder of Omni, Guy combines scientific insight with entrepreneurial drive to create allergy-friendly, evidence-based nutrition that supports happy, healthy dogs.

Sophie is a veterinary surgeon with over 15 years of diverse experience across clinical practice, leadership, and digital innovation. After qualifying in 2009, she worked in mixed and exotic animal practice, volunteered internationally, and held senior roles in both private and charity sectors, including leading a 50-strong hospital team at PDSA. She has a certificate in General Small Animal Practice and completed a veterinary leadership program at Cornell. Alongside her clinical career, she developed a passion for client education and communication, which led her to Omni, where she looks forward to meeting you and your pets.
Nico Joiner
Canine Behaviourist
Nico Joiner is a canine behaviour and welfare specialist with more than 18 years of experience in training, rehabilitation, and rehoming.
Before joining Omni, Nico built his career at Dogs Trust, the UK’s largest dog welfare charity, where he played a leading role in developing its national rehabilitation and behaviour programmes.

My Dachshund x Maltese has suffered terribly from skin allergies. Turns out he’s allergic to most meat and dairy and possibly soya! It’s cost a fortune at the vet having allergy investigations and looked for a while like there was no solution. All environmental results came back negative so he was put on a boring novel protein diet. It was intolerable for all of us until I came across OMNI. After 4 weeks Curly has a thicker, shinier coat. He scratches far less and licks his feet less, He enjoys the wet and dry food but we’re not sure if he can tolerate the soya in the Toppers. Such a shame because it adds to the range available and he really loves the Toppers. Not sure if he will ever fully recover but for now Curly’s health is much improved.

We hear you on the Toppers and we're delighted to say we have revamped these and they now contain no soya, so hopefully this will be more suited for Curly.
