Omni's Flagship Store Opened in Westfield Shopping Centre

Omni has opened its first in-person store this week - and in Westfield London, no less, one of Europe’s most iconic shopping centres! 

Customers can find the team just opposite the Food Court, outside H&M, on Level 1 of Westfield’s White City mall in Shepherd’s Bush. 

A wide variety of Omni’s products are on display, with a focus on our newly-launched supplement range, Omni Rescue. These vet-formulated supplements are made with peer-reviewed, scientifically-proven ingredients to best tackle a wide range of problems with which dogs too often suffer. 

Omni’s flagship store is designed to bring these products to a wider market and introduce the idea of novel proteins, sustainable dog food and supplements to ordinary shoppers, coming to Westfield from every corner of the globe.

The Omni store’s best-seller so far is the Home Cooking supplement, not only because of the increasingly large number of people who cook their dog’s dinners themselves, but also because of its action as a market-leading multivitamin for people concerned their dog may not be getting everything he or she needs to thrive. 

Close behind Home Cooking are supplements for Irritated Skin and Stool Firming (which also acts as a probiotic), because such a wide range of dogs suffer from skin and digestive issues as a result of industry-standard, nutritionally-incomplete diets. 

Indeed, our science-led, preventive supplement range was launched specifically because Omni Co-Founder Dr. Guy Sandelowsky had treated so many dogs in the clinic who were suffering from such easily preventable conditions. If these delicious, allergen-free supplements had existed back then, who knows how many dogs would have avoided another vet visit? 

Taking one-a-day, soft-chew supplements like Omni Rescue to one of the world’s most famous shopping malls has been a fantastic adventure so far, the team has concurred. 

Long-time customers may well remember meeting impassioned Omnians at a host of smaller markets, festivals, fayres, and dog-themed days out, but having a store in the very heart of Westfield White City is a great leap forwards for our mission to keep pets and our planet healthier and stronger for longer.

The store is open initially for 11 weeks, from 18th March until 2nd June 2024.
