We currently deliver via Amazon Shipping. If you have a preference please email us at woof@omni.pet and we can try to help switch over to your preferred courier.

If you order has not yet dispatched, you can delay your order in your account area. Once dispatched, the courier will contact you directly via the email/mobile phone number provided with delivery updates. Please liaise with them directly if you know you won’t be in so they can reschedule, leave the item in a safe place or any other preferred option. If you’re expecting contact from the couriers and not had any, please check your junk folder and /or email as at woof@omni.pet for assistance.

We aim to dispatch orders Monday to Friday using a 24–48 hour service (excluding Highland postcodes and Northern Ireland). Orders placed over the weekend or on Bank Holidays will be shipped on the next working day. Please note: During peak times or adverse weather conditions, delivery may take slightly longer. We recommend allowing 2–3 days from dispatch for your order to arrive. Customers in the Scottish Highlands, Islands, and other remote areas may also experience extended delivery times.

Yes! We offer free delivery on subscription and one-time orders over £39. If you are a Gold Tier member of Omni Rewards, you will also receive free delivery.

Absolutely. Once dispatched, you’ll receive an email and SMS with tracking details so you can follow your delivery every step of the way.
