We deliver Omni across the whole of the UK and EU.
Delivery Rates
Our standard delivery is 48 hours.
Enjoy free shipping on all orders over £39.
For orders under £39 a charge of £4.99 will be made at checkout.
We aim to offer same day dispatch, 7 days a week.
Please note that certain weather conditions and busier periods may slow your order down, so please always allow 48 hours from dispatch for your order to arrive. If you live in the Scottish Highlands and Islands please also allow extra time for delivery.
Subscription
Subscription purchases are delivered 48 hours after subscription payment is made.
Returns
Unfortunately, we do not accept returns. If for any reason your dog does not get along with omni then we urge you to please donate your bag to a local shelter rather than throwing it away. If you do have any issues with your dog not taking to omni, please reach out to the team at: woof@omni.pet.
Cancellations
For the protection of all our customers, we are committed to providing the highest safety and quality standards and so we do not re-sell returned goods. If communication of cancellation arrives less than 24h before the scheduled shipping and stock is locked for shipping or shipped we are unable to cancel such orders or provide a refund.
